On occasion Members can experience problems with Online Banking.  
  These problems can be caused by a varity of things which may return
  error codes.  These codes are used primarily to trouble shoot issues 
  with our Online Banking. Please note the error code and report it to
  systems@prcu.com so that we can 
  investigate. Please note that these codes are usually caused by a setup 
  issues on the member's computer or an Online Banking issue at the Credit
  Union, and not an error caused by the member doing something incorrectly. 
  Common Online Banking Error Codes:    
  
    1100 series error caused when accessing account history 
    1300 series error caused by an invalid amount
    1400 series error caused by an invalid account
    5100 series error caused by insufficient funds
    5700 series error caused when a transaction is not allowed

    Members could also experience trouble connecting with our On-Line banking.
